The anchor chain locker is situated at the bow, directly aft of this is the crew cabin with accommodation for two crew in two "bunks" with ample storage space and an en suite head, shower and wash basin. A sheltered hatch on the foredeck accesses the crew cabin.

The Master Stateroom is situated on the port side aft from here. It has an en suite head, 3/4-length bath and wash basin. To starboard of this is a twin cabin with a separate head and shower directly opposite. The stairs to the main deck are on the starboard side of the yacht.

Aft of this is the engine room. On the port side aft of the engine room a twin cabin is situated with plenty of storage space.  Access to the heads with 3/4-length bath and wash basin on the starboard side is through a small "landing" this also leads you to the full width twin bedded aft cabin that has it's own wash basin.  Aft of this cabin is storage space accessed through a hatch on the aft deck.

Main Deck:

The Iroko foredeck has a large Simpson Lawrence windlass at the bow. To aft of this there is the main mast which supports the forestay for the stabilising jib and the boom with a 24V electric winch for lifting the tender and water sports equipment on and off. Beneath the mast is the crew cabin entrance and aft of that an area for keeping the tender. Inside is the dining area with a ceramic tiled floor and seating for eleven. The stairs to the Master stateroom and forward twin cabin are situated to the starboard side, there is also a coffee machine and on the port side there is a large fitted fridge.
Aft of here is the beautifully equipped galley with new granite worktops and a ceramic tiled floor. There is a large crockery cupboard and lots of storage space for food. The galley was fully refitted in 1999. The stairs to the bridge are beside the entrance to the galley and there is a door onto the deck.

The saloon is aft of the galley with settees providing seating for eight persons. There is a bar and two icemakers. The stairs descending to the aft cabins are here. There are sliding double doors opening out onto the covered aft deck which is ideal for informal dining with table and seating for eight. There is a teak gangplank from the aft of the yacht which is supported by the mizzen mast.
On the port side of the main deck is the entrance to the large, full height engine room.

 Upper deck:

At the forward of the upper deck there is the bridge. The yachts bridge is what you would expect to see on a much larger vessel, there is extensive navigation and communications equipment and a large Kelvin engine panel. There are doors out on either side of the bridge and there is deck to forward of the bridge so that it can be walked around from outside. There is a comfortable captain's chair fixed to port of the entrance to the captain's cabin, which has a large single bed with bookshelves and cupboards. The captain's cabin has ensuite head, shower and wash basin.

Aft of the bridge area there are two double sun beds underneath which there is plenty of storage space. The funnel, which is a large shelved store, divides these. The remainder of the deck further aft is ideal for lounging and entertaining and accommodates the two life rafts and the mizzen mast.  A ladder leads down to the aft deck.

Because of her unusually wide beam, she is much more spacious than yachts of much greater length. Full height Mahogany beamed ceilings, mahogany panelling throughout, full walk around main and upper decks, and all amenities contribute to the comfort and security aboard. The entire yacht is air-conditioned with individual controls in all cabins and living areas.

Galley:

The galley is equipped with a large water cooled fitted freezer, a Carran Phoenix oatmeal sink, a Gaggenau ceramic halogen hob, a Gaggenau extractor fan, a Gaggenau grill, a Gaggenau oven, a Miele washing machine and a Miele dishwasher. All worktops are granite and all cupboards are mahogany.

Owners Remarks:

She is truly a unique yacht, built to massive scantlings that are usually found in a vessel twice her size. Her hull is so strong that she can take just about anything the sea can throw at her. Stabilised and with a deep draft, her motion is quite comfortable in any sea state. With a range of over 3000 miles, she is capable of going anywhere in the world.

In 1999 her present owners refitted her extensively. She had new generators, new caulking in the hull and in the deck, a new galley, a new mechanical bilge pump, new masts reinforced with steel for increased strength, the bridge and engine room were brought up to date.  The entire yacht was improved at great cost to keep all her ship-sized systems in peak mechanical and structural condition. She is capable of cruising the oceans of the world in complete confidence, safety and enjoyment for her owner and guests.

It is impossible to overstate the considerable volume and comfortable four-stateroom layout that she offers. Her 6.8m beam gives the impression of a 90' motor yacht. Couple this spaciousness with her low rpm Kelvin diesel, stabiliser system, the comfort and warmth of a wood interior with her massive, overbuilt Iroko hull, and you have a rare and wonderful vessel. The present owners, a couple, formerly crewed the vessel before purchasing her. Now having lived at sea and run dive charters in the Indian Ocean and Red Sea for several years they have decided to move on to land for some time to have a family, affording an opportunity to own this unique yacht.

 Exclusions:

Owner's personal effects and tools. Any items not included in this inventory should be considered exclusionary in the sale of the vessel.
