This is a centre cockpit flush decked sloop with very clean lines.   The rig is a well proportioned high aspect ratio masthead design which when combined with the 50% ballast ratio (in lead) promise a powerful and well mannered fast cruiser.

The 35 hp engine situated under the cockpit sole has good accessibility either from the cabin or by lifting the sole (this is large enough to permit straight up engine lift out ).  The deck is moulded with effective anti-slip throughout.   The cockpit seats are in teak as is the grating.   The pulpit is split for easy passage when moored bows-to and the pushpit has a drop down ladder.

The accommodation provides for seven berths in three cabins.   The fore cabin has a double berth.   Aft of that is the spacious toilet compartment with WC to port and lockers to starboard.   There is a large hatch on the deck head of this area permitting easy sail changing directly into a wet zone.   The saloon has settee berths to port and starboard plus an extra pipe cot which folds out above the starboard berth.   The galley has a gimbaled cooker with oven, double sinks and large working surfaces is aft and to port of the saloon.

Aft on the starboard side is the navigation area which has a big table with separate navigators seat facing aft.   In the saloon there are two hatches apart from the companion way hatch.   The aft cabin is entered from the cockpit and has a double berth.

The yacht is well insulated, and there is an impressive central heating system with good ventilation. As well as manual pumps there is pressure water to the galley and heads.

The inventory includes plumbed in autopilot, log, depth and wind instruments, compasses, dinghy with 4hp outboard, 3 anchors, fenders, warp etc.

This yacht is currently on the hard.  She had her gel coat removed and an epoxy treatment completed 3 years ago and has wintered on the hard since then.

She has been modified for single handed sailing, with Plastimo jib furling, a new Raymarine Autopilot and lazy jack main reefing system all controlled from the cockpit.   She has also had a number items replaced including a new Genoa last year.

There is a Duty Exempt Certificate on board for the whole of Europe.

The owner is relocating to the far east and would like to sail her out there,
but with the current problems at the southern end of the Red Sea has reluctantly decided to sell her in the Mediterranean.

38,000 Euros

Duty paid in Cyprus and therefore Europe.
