General info

This is a modern, comfortable and fast yacht.
On the outside she appears very racy with sleek lines and a vast cockpit, and bellow deck she is a beautiful home with ample accommodation for eight persons. This boat would be ideal for chartering, racing, or simply a wonderful home.

Six person life raft, CD player with speakers in and out, 12v built in fridge, 220v electric system in saloon, two electric and one manual bilge pump, three new batteries.

Layout
Two double aft cabins with a toilette and shower each.
Very spacious saloon with large table and seating for eight.
Spacious galley with double sink and cooker with oven. 
Forward of the saloon are two cabins with two double berths which share one large head with shower and two sinks.
The interior is all in teak and there is pressurized water throughout.
The cockpit is very spacious with twin steering positions starboard and port.

Engine 
Perkins 4108 50hp with 5,300 hours on it that drives a three blade propeller.
The gearbox has recently been overhauled and the engine is currently being overhauled.

B+G Log and Depth sounder, Garmin GPS, Icom VHF, Autohelm 5000.
